This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee. I recently had Norton install their Anti Virus program into my computer. Since I had Norton Anti Virus installed laslt year a pop up allerting me that my year was up. It advertised on their website that it would cost $58.98 Canadian Funds. I put it on my mastercard and when I checked with MC, you charged my American Funds which amounted to $73.62. I stayed at Augusta Towers Hotel On March 4, 2006, and I was very disappointed, I was in room #229, the bed was very uncomfortable, it was like I was sleeping on springs.Because the bed was so uncomfortable I did not get any sleep. I went for some physical therapy for my back. Expecting way more than what was done, however my insurance company was billed for seval things that was not performed at all. Such as a neuromuscular reeducation, manual therapy, and self care management which came to a total of $138. Let alone the $120 charge for evaluation, $30 for a ultasound therapy, and therapeutic exercises at $40. I was in so much pain that the therapist just kept remarking that I need some type of meds to calm the pain. So really not a thing was done. The room was dirty, carpet stained and I kept my shoes on until bedtime. There were 8-10 long black hairs in the bathroom and a few in the shower. The heater kept making a loud clicking noise like a fuse, about 50 times a minute. Even on just the fan it kept clicking so I turned it off and dealt with no heater throughout the night. Air Jamaica is suppose to be the best airlines when flying to the Caribbean and I find that they are very unreliable, unmannerly and very disrespectful.
