Absolutely ridicules! Shipping is extremely slow; Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Installation instructions were not in the box instead they were emailed to you, I still have yet to receive the email with the installation instructions and I have had the item for 4 days. Purched a samsung 67" led dlp tv back in feb. 2009. One of the reasons was the 3D ready option on this tv. I knew at some point movies and 3D would be available and I wanted a tv that would be ready for this technology. Asked a question in the TV/Electronics section. Got the answer after 2 days - I have had my issue resolved by then as it was quite urgent. According to the "how it works" information on the website, it was all perfectly fine for me not to accept the answer, to not to pay for the advise and to request a refund (refunds possible for up to 1year from the date of initial deposit, they say). Must be a rinky dink site. Item we purchased was returned and my credit card never credited. No one looks into anything or calls you back.
