I contacted technical support of Kaspersky and had them check the license that was sold to me and they gave me the information above. Please do NOT buy any Ugg boots from buybootsnow. It is a complete scam. Both my sister and I bought boots from this place and they are 100% fake. We tried to send them back with no reply. I purchased a Nintendo DS product, my account was debited and then I heard nothing for 11 days. I emailed 5 times requesting confirmation of my order, as the website stated I would receive. 12 days after making purchase and making payment I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. I ordered from this site, they took my money immediately. Then they replied to no emails at all, and there were loads, the products never arrived. The phone just kept ringing and ringing and eventually a message said "there is no-one to take your call and the mailbox is full". Crappy customer service. Poor communication. When an item was delivered defective and sent back with the transport company, they stuck me with the delivery bill and informed me that they will not be sending me replacement parts. Misleading and confusing site. The only way to actually know what your paying is to go to the confirm order page. Even if you just close the window with out confirming your order they still process the order. There is no cancel order or way to remove quantities, nothing! I received a charge on my prepaid phone from dada. I call them and ask how and why they charge me and some guy by the name of Austin stated that I had a membership with them since March, 2009. I told him there was no way that my prepaid phone was a business phone and I never went on the internet with it. I had proof and I wanted my money back.
