I ordered 25 pairs of shoes. They sent me 3 pairs only and the balance 20 pairs came in 1 month later! Not only that, 2 pairs are missing and they refuse to refund and will only resend on the condition if i make new orders! Such ridiculous request when the mistake is on their side! Ticket liquidator adverised spring training baseball tickets at $47.00 each, plus $8.70 per ticket sevice fee and $15.00 shipping. This company has gained access to my bank card or checking account apparently through a product that I purchased online. They then proceeded to access my checking account for services that I never ordered or authorized. When I contacted them, the lady that I spoke with said that they handle business for both companies : ID Sentinel Alert & United Benefit Advantage. Also, that they had a taped conversation with me agreeing to their services. This of course was not true. This is unacceptable. I have received a letter from UBI Payment Services reguarding a $5, 000 check for some contest that I never entered. I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket.
