I woudl like to know how to stop them as Im not interested. I have on other occasions asked my service provider not to send them but as this is one from out side AUS there is nothing that they can do about it. All I want is for them to stop. Originally I got caught by a company called Profit Studio Learning when I thought I was looking at an informational CD for $1.95 or so. They charged my CC for $69.90 and I complained and wrote a letter. This was in July of 2009. I thought my cancellation and complaint were registered -- I did not figure I was going to get the $70.00 back. I have just now checked my CC account and this same scam keeps changing its name and has been deducting $28.73 a month since July of 2009. I ordered a GPS holder and they sent the wrong size. They would not send the right size unless I pay shipping both ways. I sent the model number of the GPS and they still were not sure this would fit my GPS. They said I should measure it to see if it will work. The whole experience of buying a laptop at Bestbuy has left me depressed and exhausted. I went in to fix a laptop but was quoted $250 for it. I then bought a new compaq for only $365 on sale, but had to wait till the next day to take it home because geek squad had to remove the pre-installed software. I order a Jabra BT5020 (Blue tooth headset), received it with in 5 days (fast shipping) when I read the instructions it said to fully charge the head set before using. Looked like a good email site selling a needed product. Wrong. The offer is for a disaster kit, to be prepared. A good idea in these times. The site plays up current disasters floods, earthquakes, storms, etc. You are supposed to get a 10 day inspection period for $1, small print states 10 days starts when kit mailed and shipping may take 10 days.
