The company sold me a Panasonic digital camera in June08, which has subsequently become faulty. Despite me sending them 8 emails, they have not offered a solution/remedy. Having spoken with Panasonic they have advised that they will not cover the camera under manufacturing warranty as it is a US supplied only camera. Furthermore is not CE approved for sale in the UK. I bought the straighteners from a website that advertisest themselves as an official GHD registered site and also ha the option of paying by paypal, as a result of this I thought I would be safe in the knowledge that if they where fake I would be able to claim my money back through paypal and also surely paypal wouldnt be backing a fake site! After ordering a pack of spare blades for my Gillette Mach 3 Razor, I waited for about a week for any sign of them, and this was a card from Royal Mail stating I had to pay for a small package as the sender had not paid enough postage, although they said it would be free. After changing the blade for a new one, I tried it. Big mistake. I was left with nicks on my face as the blade was just not of a good quality. I purchased two tickets from this agency for Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre. Whilst their website told me the final price of the tickets, what it failed to mention was the actual amount of their commission on the tickets. For selling me two stalls tickets they added a massive £25 to the face value of the two tickets. My company placed an order for stock with Trillogy Ltd. When ordering online the order form clearly stated free delivery. We have to pay in advance by printing off the order form and submitting a cheque with it. After having received the order we have been charged a carriage charge and Trillogy have said it is an error on their website that shows free delivery on the orders.
