Upon inspection, I discovered that at least one of the light fixtured is used and had been touched up repackaged and sold as new. We have received several calls over the last two or so months with regard to people saying that we are taking money out of their account, or charging their credit cards and they don't know why. Since my first shipment in February 2009 I have been calling to cancel the not authorized auto ship they put me on. Each time the customer service states they will cancel but do not. They do not listen to what you are saying they just keep repeating their canned speach. I have resorted to having to go to the card company to file fraud charges and try and get my money back. Purchased their recommended, upgraded computer power supply for my model PC. Received it then tried to install it but it would not fit properly. I purchased several items from the online auction PROXIBID, from auction A&W Surplus. All items appeared to be brand new and all shown in original boxes, with no specific description other than the names of the items. EVERY ONE OF THE BOXED ITEMS WERE RECEIVED BROKEN! If you call the (800) 984-5904 number and ask to cancel your purchase they cancel one but not the other. I don't know about any of that other stuff, but I know the software is garbage. It slows down your computer first of all. My system is constantly choked by it and I have to restart constantly.
