I purchased a Rolex submariner from Global Replicas. In seven days the paint came off of the bezel. I had purchased the two year warranty. Joe Beck assured me a replacement would be sent. Two months later, and a multitude of phone calls, no bezel. I have been hung up on every time a human answers the phone. Joe Beck indicated he was aware of this in other cases as well. On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this company and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. My daughter received this in the mail. CCS had no problem taking the money out of our account. I did everything I was told to do by a Bob.
