Geeks.com listed merchandise on their website as having certain features and specs. I receive the item only to find the specs are not accurate the item is far less than what I bought. After 2 hrs on the phone they agreed to take the item back. I foot the bill for shipping both ways they take a 15% restocking fee, and three weeks later my card has not been credited. They say they have not finished processing the return. This is unacceptable. I have never had this problem before and I order a lot online. I bought a subscription from them off eBay on December 19, 2007 and they have yet to fulfil my order. The funny thing is that I emailed them and they responded and said that they would resubmit my order. They had forgotten to submit my order. My husband was part of the scam and has one of there checks on hold in the bank now. Do you know how these people can write and even send checks to people that are fake and get away with. This is an Ebay power seller that resales opened, returned (faulty) video games to unsuspecting Ebay customers. They are a clearing house for retailers that get store returns due to defective merchandise. They only accept Paypal and they only give a replacement, which in my case (and I imagine most cases) is another faulty software title.
