The charge, usually $14.95 is shown on the Verizon phone bill as a charges on behalf of the third party, ESBI - Total Protectionplus, phone number 1-866-527-4932. I was charged for Electronic Fax Mofee. I do not have any fax or fax/modem . Verizon refuses to remove these charges from the bill. The Total reached by phone, is saying you have to pay, and they will credit you in 1-2 month. The ESBI-Total Protection is doing this for many years. I recently purchased a beginner metal clay kit from Fire Mountain Gems. After only 4-5 uses, the butane torch that came with the kit will not work correctly. As stated by others, they require that you register and provide credit card information. As you move around the site, you suddenly get "bids" in your account with no authorization. You should immediately protest this since if you use one bid, the $150 charge goes through. In my case, it first showed 0 bids, then 500, then 0 and then 500.
