The Nokia call center agents in Manila are not incompetent, act like robots and unable to solve my problems !! On 2nd Feb 2010, I spoke to several agents from one unknown lady (not sure of her name), Donna, Ricky and Elly. It appears that I have also been a party to this ongoing scam - I have worked over seas on several contracts and this job offer came very close to the process that was used on my last two assignments. I am confused as to the objective of the scam - I did not send any money, provide any iteams that could be converted to a finacial reward for Mr. Mohammed. Last Xmas we had planned a holiday in South East Asia using exclusively AirAsia, however my wife was diagnosed with a breast cancer and quickly avalanched into 2 surgeries, chemo and radiation treatments. I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me. On 10/12/2009 my son went to the station to send his friends off at 4.30 pm and he saw the bus was full. Someone has bought the ticket and sat at his seat.
