so i personally went to the national consumers complaint centre (website - www.nccc.org.my) on friday, 12 June. i advise anyone going through a similar case to visit them. Been to almost every KFC outlets in Penang and it seems all the outlets have the same issues. Not too long ago, KFC started its credit card payment option service. I was delighted since I often make purchases for my family and also for events which can total up to a huge amount on the bill. Last weekend, my husband and I bought a tickets from Thailand to Malaysia. We were very excited about going there ang looking forward to many things. One of the waitresses at Esquire Kitchen (at Tesco, Puchong) was very rude. I've been a smoker for many years and the brand I smoked now is Pall Mall Light. Lately, I realized that inhaling the cigarette, I get choke as though as it's not a light cigarette anymore when it's suppose to be light. when I was at overseas using DiGi prepaid card (I owned 3 of them!!!) - their *128# was not working due to "upgrading process" that they claimed will "improved customer experiences etc etc" so I wasn't able to transfer my remaining talktime from one card to another - to keep my numbers active when I am overseas.
