Since 2002 I had two cellphone MTN contracts. Laste year November (2010) I have cancelled the contract of 083 468 4624 electronically and I personally went to Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria North to cancell the contract. I ordered a bed from liquorish on 16 April 2011 and paid the order in full by 18 April 2011, I was told that delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks so I phoned on them on the 23 May 2011 I was told by Mokgadi Kutu that the bed will be delivered by 27 May 2011. The following I phoned again asking why the bed wasnt delivered Mokgadi put me threw to the supplier and they said that the bed was only ordered now and paid for. Me, and several other friends, are working for this company called Brandsrock ( Jigsaw is their old name, but people still call it that). Its a promotions company for students, that allow them to hand out pamphlets and do in store promotions. Anyways, they ALWAYS fail to pay on time, and i mean, not a couple days later, but on average a MONTH late. I do NOT recommend you work for them. Vehicle Mercedez 250 turbo diesel was taken to Lammers Service Centre July 2009 for enjin replacement and to overhaul the turbo. The enjin was at last replaced and I received my vehicle 19 March 2010. I immediately reported to the person owner Wimpy that the enjin makes a lot of noise more than the previous enjin, that it is smoking and that there was no power or turbo power driving the vehicle. I have a complaint with regards to the above Drs Sueing us for monies that was paid to them by our Medical Aid, According to our medical aid the Drs first submission was returned requesting them to re-send as there was Descepencies in the account. They did eventually re-send the account to the medical aid but in the interim sued us for the same amount and the medical aid duly paid them the R881.00 that they requested. The dealer sold me a Jeep Cherokee claiming it has was in a very good condition and that the kilos were 180K which infact were 190K but the battery was flat so we could confirm but to pay deposit to affirm my interest. A days after a cash purchase the car start loosing water and I sent it back the next business day. However the dealer still refuses to refund my R65K claiming he used it and readvertised the car. I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. this is a promotions company that recruits young college students etc, to do in store promotions and hand out pamphlets etc. They take so so so so long to pay you, that I dont think its within reason to even work for them, by the time they pay, you might havve grey hair. I went to apply for a contract at Ottery Mtn on the 25/05/11 and was assisted by a Shameega. She advised that the application would take between 24-48hours to process and that I would get the phone then. When I called 2 days later she was not there and she had handed my application over to Wanita. At the beginning of May 2011 I was contacted by Rewards Co, who profess to be an approved vodacom direct dealer, informing me that I was due for an upgrade and was offered the 135top up with a HTC cell phone for R99. We went to La Romantica in Durbanville on friday 10 June 2011 for a special occation. we waited 10 Minutes for someone to take our drinks order. when my wine arrived it tasted like ice has melted in it, in fact it tasted like water. I paid R205 for 5 foils and they never took to my hair. When I called in to report that the product has made no difference I was shut down and told that Im lucky that she did my hair in the first place. I asked Nicola to redo it as the product never took, she said that my hair was a mess and had so many diffrent colours in. my argument is why was'nt this explained to me before she decided to do it and take my money. I have received several fines now from AARTO as i drive a company vehicle and JMPD is charging a tripled amount to companies so they can make more money that way.
