TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN My husband had undergone heart bypass surgery on the 8th of April 2009 at St Augustines Hospital. The surgeon who performed the operation on him was Mr M.K. Odayan. Because of worsening health, my doctors recomended a home helath nurse. After I agreed, Nursecare notified me that I would be recieveing a nurse and home health aide. Wow, where do I even start? When I upgraded, I got a phone that i had to pay in for, as I wanted a good one. I negotiated with Cell C and paid in a small amount and they were happy and I was happy. I knew that I had C cover on my phone with the contract I had. On 11.07.2009 I called Nedbank Insurance to register a claim for a leak underneath our house (that is what it looks like to me anyway) Claim ref: NED0952796. There would be an access payment of R1000.00 to be paid to the plumer. I paid it. The insurance told me that the plumer needs to do a leak detection test. I bought an opel corsa 1.8 GSi 2003 from them on the 4/5/2009. On purchase there was a few things that needed to be fixed. Installed Onduline green roof sheeting on our new house build 1995. The impregnated black bitumen that is in the sheets, started leeching through the green colour within a couple of years, causing big splotches of black throughout the roof. We complained to Onduline and they came to inspect and agreed that there was a fault in the product. They painted the roof at their cost in 2000. I took my Sony Ericsson in for repair at the vodacare shop waterfall mall Rustenburg. I waited 3 days for the quotation and decided to reject the quote of R600.
