Have purchased a top from Fashion TV cloths shop in Rosebank. The pattern on it came off before I had a chance even to put it on. After taking top back to them, got response from the sales people in the shop, who were useless and paid more attention talking on their cellphones, that it is not their problem. I have purchased Vibro Shape belt, which has been repaired in the last 6 months FIVE TIMES. After informing the management of Homemark, namely Julie Swart, that this product if faulty and breaks after being used for 2 days, I have been given THREE new belts, that all broke as usual. Julie Swart has promised to refund the money since the product is obviously cannot be used. Then she just vanished, does not return calls etc. Homemark stuff are rude, put the phone down on you the moment you try to get to the management. Do not buy their products, it won't last. Its disappointing to know that good customer service is rare...I have tolerated shoddy service from our KFC Malvern branch i.e. in KZN. The previous occasion I had called there customer service and a week later I was posted a voucher for R15. I'm disappointed that my complaint has not been responded to. I laid one on Sunday, 02.11.2008 afternoon. I was at Fortgale Sasol and bought petrol. The attendant just grabbed the money and proceeded to chat with his pals; no thank you, no is there anything else I can help with, worst of all, notill slip. Upon my asking for the till slip at least, the man in dreadlocks(attendant: not that I mind dreadlocks) told me I should have asked for it; the till slip that is.
