I went to Margate KFC to try the new AVO and FETA Twisters and before ordering I asked the server if the AVO was fresh AVO or if it was processed AVO she said no it was the fresh AVO! So again just to make sure I asked her did it come in a box or is it fresh from the fruit? once again she reassures me its fresh from the fruit as depicted on the menu posters and the TV advert not the processed one that comes from chipkins in a box.

Flexicell Mobile Phones
I reported a lost sim card to Flexicell in September/October 2006. I have had several communication with them between that time and now. Promises made have never been honoured by them to rectify the problem and money is going off my account on the 15th of every month to date. I've got copies of all the communication with them nothing has come to fruition. Im frustrated Im paying money on a dedit order with bank charges continuosly from 2006 to date. In about July or August last year I received a call from Flexicell to ask if I was interested in an 'upgrade'. This would've meant them sending me a new sim card, and changing my cell no. I told them that I was definitely not interested, and yet since then they have been debiting my account every month, and sometimes even on days other than the 1st or 7th which comes up as 'early debit order'. I went to Berville for work purposes. My company booked me and my colleagues at Bingelela Lodge. We received a very bad service. Our rooms were never cleaned for the whole week we were there. Our towels were never changed, even after notifying the manager nothing was done. It was very difficult to stay in such a dirty place. Our rooms did not receive any cleaning, we were never supplied with clean towels, we used the same towel from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. The email was returned to say that yahoo had no such address. The other alternative was to phone +447045769583. This number is permantly unavailable. I phoned the number that sent the sms (+2347087253063) and some man just kept on telling me to phone the Promo Desk. Advise would be greatly appreciated as to the legitamacy of this sms.

I cancelled a contract I had with italk and got an email confirmation from them in Jan that my last bill is supposed to be at end Jan 2008. I have subsequently on 2 occasions been charged (without authorisation) at the end Feb, end Mar as well as end Apr. Beside the fact that I am very dissaticfied with my2008 Ford Ranger Supercab 4.0, the service I got from the ford dealer in Bloemfontein is horrible and they stole the sticker from the back of my bakkie and then denied it and that I can do what I like they are protected against the law. My bakkie has 5000 km on and the exhaust fell off. The carpets does not fit the bakkie. I have ABSA Cheque account with a overdraft facility of R2000. This overdraft has NEVER been unpaid for more than 20 days. It has happened on occassion that a debit order goes through in a difficult time of the month, then obvioustly the bank turns it down and bills me for more than R100 per transaction, understandable. Lately the last SAA Express flight of the day out of Gaborone and Namibia seems to be 1-3 hours late in a business as usual fashion. This is not a pleasant experience for a business traveller after a hard day's work, neither for a traveller having to catch a connecting flight in Jhb.

I visited Dr. Omar on 15th January 2008. He charged me R415.03 for that visit on medical aid. He also charged me an extra R352 .94 for a visit on the 16th January 2008.
I've visited Dr.Omar only once and that was on the 15th January 2008 in Atlantis, Cape Town. ( West Coast )Never been to him on the 16th January 2008.
His consultation fee is normally R180.00.
Can you please assist me in this matter for I've contacted his reception desk since the 17th of January and received no proper answer ?

On 25 Setember 2007 I purchased a ticket from the SAA hub at JHB Airport for an amount of GBP586. The ticket was a fully refundable one way ticket from London to JHB, leaving on 13 January 2008.

unfair rental complaint
I have rented a cottage on a farm (Lot62017 Emerald Hill and when I looked at the cottage I noticed that windows were broken and the bath door was being eaten by termites. I was informed that all this would be fixed up, well nothing was done and three months down the line still nothing. I purchased 2 Cell phone contracts from Cell C at Canal Walk ± 4 months ago and during the first day I experienced some problem with the phone, Samsung E250 - I was then told by one of the agents, actually by the manager as well that it's not the problem anymore ... They told me they might take it in, unfortunately can't replace it but will send it in for repairs it will take up to about 8 weeks ... might even take 3months. I have 2 cellphone accounts - 0833216630 and 0836082333 which expired 17.2.2008 and 15.3.2008 respectively.
These contracts were debited to my credit card account on a monthly basis - amount excluding out of contract calls was around R66 per month.
Autopage was advised by fax as required in terms of the contracts that I did not want to continue with these contracts - they sent sms confirming receipt.

Claremont VW and VWSA have sold me a brand new car that started rusting from 4 weekd after taking delivery. Since then, the car has been back approx. 7 times for rust repairs/body work issues and general bad quality of workmanship. It has reached the point now where they "repaird" body work issues, but they have completely stuffed up the boot. It no longer aligns with the body and sets the alarm off at random times. Claremont VW and VWSA now refuse to rectify the damage they have done and refuse to return my calls or even speak to me.
