Avoid like the plague - I rented a van for a crucial pick-up, which I booked around a week in advance. Money was taken from my card but the van simply didn't show up. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be arriving and it was difficult to get a response from the less than helpful man on the phone as to when it would arrive. I was left with not enough time to hire an alternative and as a result I have incurred significant costs. I am currently proceeding with a legal claim against this firm to reclaim the money they took plus the costs incurred due to the breach of the agreement. I signed up for a seven day nominal trial for above company. I decided after a day or so that I didn't want to take this further, I then followed the correct procedure to cancel the subscription. I have just realised payments have been taken out of my business account for small amounts of £13.59 and £15.00. I have contacted my bank and they have stopped immediate payment. I contacted the website as per their returns policy and received no response. The payment came off my Credit Card in China. I tried emails (6 off), website feedback forms (6 off) and telephone calls. I am 74 years old and do not have any means of transport. I bought my combination microwave on 18/09/06 from John Lewis in Peterborough, I have the receipt and all the paperwork. The outside has now started getting really really hot and the food is cold, so I phoned the customer line. first thing was the post study work visa rules were changed on 31march 2009, they said that psw will not be given to the Post Graduate students, this announcement was displayed by the UKBA office on 20th march. I purchased this laptop with the specific aim of it being my most precious purchase for University. In only the first month of usage the PINK paintwork has chipped. I am unimpressed with the the physical paintwork of my laptop, after only a month it began to chip. It has been residing in appropriate room conditions and is wonderfully cared for - by me. Needless to say I am very disappointed, I have not even started uni yet and my equipment is faulty.

I booked tickets back in December for Take That at Old Trafford on weds 24th June, no tickets arrived after sending many chase e-mails I eventually got one back on 22nd June saying "sorry been let down by our supplier so you won't be receiving tickets" contact your card provider to claim the money back... I bought Lycatel Limited (Jolly) prepaid phone card for £2.50, when I dialled my destination number I was informed that I have 70 minutes. I was disconnected after 1 mimunte 16 seconds and told to redial my number.
I was then told again that I have 66 minutes I was informed after eight minues that I have 30 seconds left and the call was terminated a few seconds later.

Prior to giving my vehicle for repair to easy engines parts plaza i read all these complaints. Reading a few complaints which seemed fake, i decided to give me vehicle to them for repair. To keep things plain and simple, everything happend as promised and i would recommend everyone to use them. They are fantastic for major repairs. After reading these complaints you either have been mistaken with another company or i must conclude these are all jealous competitors. I became their customer in Feb2007 and just a month into the subscription, I realised I had been conned into a deal wherein I had signed up for a 12 month contract.

In rushing to finish a tree felling job (having quoted it would take 2 days, they actually took 3 hours), they allowed a falling bough to strike our garage door, thereby causing damage right through to the inside). Assuring me (convincingly) that they would bring in a fibre glass specialist within the next7 days, I paid them and allowed them to leave. 4 phone calls elicited further promises to do the repairs - to no avail. Who wouldn't be taken in by this supermarket's blatantly misleading signage? It's quite clear from the video that ANY 2 cans of these tomatoes cost £1. But in fact not one can shown is actually in this offer! How many shoppers have the time to check for scams like this at the chekouts? How much money must scams like this be making ASDA?
