I wired money to their account but never recieved the product. They only responded to my emails at the very beginning confirming receipt of the money and apologizing for the delay. After a few months they stopped responding completely. The only way I could get a response from them is if I acted like a new customer interested in their product. My company has been charged £1.06 f0r an item that supposedly was over weight and would not go through the letter slot. I took this up to the local post office in Ilminster, Somerset and they themselves told me that the letter was the right size and weight to go as the first class stamp that was on it. This company offered a service and MOT fro an amazing price of £99. Too good to be true...yes. Have bought numerous prepaid phone cards to call internationally, usually for £5. The card claims hundreds of minutes to landlines, and less for mobiles. The truth is they give you around 1/5th the time they state.
