I bought a set of DVD's - Dharma & Greg - from these people and the cases arrived broken. I contacted them and was told they would send new ones. I wrote several times but the cases never arrived. Then, I found that some of the DVDs were faulty too. They promised me they would replace them but they never did. I paid a total of USD$ 136.98 for products which were lousy quality and unable to view. They kept promising replacements but never did. A totally rubbish company. On 25 Jan 08 i went into the studio to print passport photos i urgently needed for an interview. The staff were rude and high-handed. One staff member undermined the authority of the lady who was serving me, suggesting to me that she did not know what she was doing. I applied on crags list on this cashier job and got with this barry-household.com company and it sounded like a legitimate company, they sent me a counterfeit check to buy some software, and a printer, and a computer, for the company use so i would not have to tie up mine. I took to bank and the bank cashed this check, why i have no idea, cause i didn't have anything in bank. I was under the impression that this was the itunes website and believed I had to pay £40 to down load i tunes (which I have now found out can be done for free!). I gave my credit card details to take this amount. However a fee of £88 was taken and since then a further £92 has been taken. I was conned out of £40 and have been robbed of £120.
