I took up the offer of free teeth-whitening pens from the above companies with the cost of shipping at £1 per co. I received a call from the Fraud Prevention Department of my bank with morning who advised me that these companies have taken in total just over £90 from my account. I have tried emailing these deceptive companies but they have bounced back. We have had buildings insurance with C & G for a long time without complant until we tried to make a claim. They passed our claim through to a company called Asprea. They are awful. Calls are never returned the surveyor is impossible to get hold. In our case the "surveyor" was a Tyrone Barnes - absolutely useless. The order turned up very late and then i discovered that my Pizza had a lot of Olives on it. After 2 hours hanging on the phone, the consultant was not able to give me a valid number to unblock my phone and hang up. To my online complaint, I got the automatic message that I will be contacted in 72 hours and the problem will be resolved within 14 days! I, a single mother went shopping in icelands today where i shop weekly, i ordered for my food to be delieverd between 5-7. Stay away from UPS at all costs. After mistakenly taking over £1000 out of my account then denying it leaving me having to cancel all my direct debits as they claimed it was a fraud on my account. The bank said it was odd as the authorisation code was the same as previous direct debits, but UPS kept denying it was them so what could I say. I mean if someone was to commit a fraud on your account, why would you do it through UPS. You would get the money or goods another way. Travelling from a P&O Cruise on Oceana I had 2 pieces of airplane hold baggage held in security at Acapluco, 2 other families also had 2 pieces of baggage each, all had been interfered with and some with articles stolen. 2 cases had locks removed and one had the front pocket opened and slit with a knife to remove items from the main internal compartment.
