At time of order I tried to print out an invoice but it seemed mandatory to have a Hotmail account. I started to apply for this, but some of the questions asked at sign-up were in my opinion not relevant to acquiring an email account, so I abandoned the process. I took part in a free trial of Wi tea, but had to return it as I am diabetic and there was no info on the site about it not being suitable. When I received my March statement I noticed 2 dollar charges that made no sense to me. When I spoke to my bank all they could tell me was that they were web charges and I needed to speak to the compay to stop the charges. I sent an email and received no reply. We as a family have used huggies nappies for a number of years now with no real problems, We have a newborn baby girl (10/11/09) we brought huggies newborn nappies (5) packets, and the last packet that we opened we have had 6 out of the packet so far that the tapes are not secured to the nappy.
