Ten days later and numerous phone calls - nothing. Spoke to MO who seems to run everything - says he is going to sort it out - ring back - e-mail etc - NOTHING. When I decided to cancel my account I sent all my DVD's back to them. 6 months later I got a letter from their debt collection agency stating I still owed them the DVD's and that if I didn't pay up within 1 week they would take me to court and damage my credit rating. I took out a trial offer on blazing fast downloads and ended up with other products totalling £40.31p. There was no way to uncheck the other products. Didn't realise this until my statement came in. never got the other products anyway. RIP OFF. I tried to ring a London number to complain and cancel any further charges they try to make, no joy. I paid for 3 x dvd boxsets from this company but only one turned up... after I had complained to paypal because I had not received after one month. When the sent the one boxset they then registered the post with paypal, resulting in a proof of delivery and therefore meaning that due to paypal policies I would not be able to prove what I received and therefore not be entitles to a refund. I too have been badly let down by this company, having moved house after 3 emergency hospital admissions, only to find 3 days later that my sale had fallen through. I took my family to Rome for a weekend break in Oct 2009, and had some horrible experience in Rome. First, we got searched by a person who claimed himself as a policy man (without uniform) when we were having a relaxed walking around the hotel.
