Ereader is a subsidiary of Barnes and Noble and sells ebooks. The ereader is very good and it used to be one of my favorite places to purchase books, although they are more expensive than Kobo or ibooks (they do give rewards though, so the prices go down). I recently had to restore my ipod so I lost all my content. Thinking it would be no big deal to re-download the hundreds of dollars of books I purchased was a huge mistake. Not silver, poor quality, don't last very long before you see the metal under the plating and it's NOT silver. I tried to return a few items because their site says 100% guarantee for any quality issues. BIG LIE. I had a couple items that were missing stones, had a broken lock, had rough seams that scratched, and blotchy paint spots, scratches, and unsmooth finishing. I agree with Phil S.. I ordered a piece of furniture from this company back in January but never received the final product. The company then folded and I lost my deposit (50% of total cost!). The vice-president, Clinton Davis, is conducting a huge deposit/due diligence fee scam, where they collect an up-front fee, then turn around and accuse the borrower of not disclosing somethiing on the appilication. This website if a fake website from China, trying to sell you fake boots. After I order my UGG boots, I never got a confirmation email from them, even though they ask you to create a profile so you can receive emails and confirmation, and when you go to their customer service to get information, you get a blank page. Purchased a 2009 Yukon Denali in February 2009. Took the vehicle in for regular oil change and tire rotation. Earlier this year, we found that the left front tire was wearing we had to buy a new tire and had a front end alignment done. Went in yesterday (12/29/2010) for another oil change and tire rotation and have encountered the same problem with the left front tire wearing down to the steel. We had to purchase another tire for the left front wheel. The service department keeps insisting that we only need a front end alignment. I received an email from this company about my account. I would have sent this type of emails to scam file but I opened it this time. They were billing me $14.95 on January 4 2011 unless I called the above number to cancel. I had never heard of this company. A very rude man answered the number and insisted that I signed up for their service and got a gift card $25 from Best Buy, Home Depot or Walmart. I am a disabled veteran who was hired by the VA this past year and was given a start date of February 1st. I put in my two weeks notice at my old job and a week prior to my start date I was told the job would be delayed. My employer had already hired my replacement and I was out of a job. I patiently waited for six months until I received a letter that the position I was hired for was cancelled.
