I purchased carpet and tile to be installed. The same installer put in both. The carpet was installed with few problems, although he did scratch up the baseboard. My ovens are about 5 years old, maybe less and right before Thanksgiving the display lights went out. I was able to roast the turkey by purchasing an oven thermometer and shortly after that the ovens would not work. I had similar experience with other people. I regret so much that I didn't check out the online info before I bought the policy from Assurant! I was forced to get rental insurance for an apartment through my son's apartment complex, and I bought the policy via Geico.
