I placed an order for Christmas Gifts from Kohl.com. I still hadn't received my order 2 weeks later so I logged onto my account and tracked the order. I purchased a sofa and love seat from Bob's. I live quietly alone. Within one year all the stitching in the cushions started coming apart. I called about the issue. I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty and my original warranty ended a month earlier. They said they would not help me out. They said I could call customer service and wait at least a half hour on hold to get through but that they would not do anything for me anyway and hung the phone up on me. Just had a salesman from Long Fence Windows come to the house for an estimate and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not let them in! I was upfront about not wanting a sales pitch. I have been trying to straighten out payment application errors with my student loans since August. I have beenm assurred sevceral times that the matter would be resolved, but so far it has not. This website is outside of the United States. They posted extra, hidden charges onto my credit card then gave me no opportunity to opt out of the charges. The website claims to have a phone number for customer service but there is no phone number. I emailed them immediately upon placing my order and asked them to cancel the order.
