Had I known that a record company would cheat me out of my money such as HillTop Records I'd never sent and paid them the first songs out of my four songs that they called themselves producing but holding back on the money. HillTop Records sent me a several contracts stating that we're going Inc. and that I'd get paid good but it was a lie. I ordered a 30 day trial of the program for 1.97 on 11/10/2010 to be charged at end of trial period. On 10/12/2011 they charged my visa card 49.95. When I looked them up on the web sight and told them this I was told by agent 289 that I would recieve a rebate in my welcome package to be mailed back in to recieve my money back. 11/12/10 I bought a new Mega Tron 85 Mo. Battery for my Daughter's Mustang Nov. '07 . The battery after charging 24 hrs would not hold a charge. Purchased a Panasonic Blue-Ray Disc Home Theater Sound System in Oct 2009. By Dec 2009 it was back in the store purchased to send in to Panasonic for repairs. Just to add that I too have had money taken from my account twice once from Brightwhite and once from Vibrant White who I now know is the same company. Nothing is ever free. A lesson learned. Tried getting my Nuvi 670 repaired by garmin only to find they no longer offer service my model of GPS. Found a place called SHARCNET-USA who was very helpful and they repaired my unit and had it back to me in less than a week. They emailed me when they received my GPS and when it was about to ship back. They provided me with a full repair report along shipping tracking information. I can only warn the potential Truck drivers that are concidering going to work for CRST. The first clue is the unorganized and slum of a training center. Why? its run all by Workers Comp people that have either wrecked or been in a wreck with the company. I dont believe they have but 1 or 2 people on payroll for the training center. Food Giant Customer Service in Columbus, MS is very unprofessional! Some customers are ignored, while others are favored and are tended to first! Employees are slow to respond to the needs of customers, and the dining area of the grocery is very unclean! It is very unfair for customers, who work just as harder or even harder, to be treated like garbage. I hope the employee attitude of Food Giant is changed very soon.
