USBank froze my account with intention to close it WITHOUT COMMUNICATION WITH ME. I was completely unaware. A check from a third party was deposited by me and not honored by the other bank. USBank charged a fee for the returned check and charged overdraft fees for checks written against that money although we were well past the "hold" time. My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. I paid Corey Gee's company Reliance Help for a loan modification and apparently the company has closed. HIs sister/affiliate company, Yellow Brick Financial is currently open, however they do not respond to my requests for a refund. CalFinder, at first seems like a decent lead generation company and makes a great pitch about the benefits of working with them. However upon more in depth conversation, I found their sales staff to be quite condescending and rude. The sales call was fine so long as there were no questions being asked or the right questions. Placed order on Aug 10, 2010. Three weeks later called to find out when it would shipped. I was told it had shipped and that it was returned by the post office as damaged. I was given a Toshiba Satellite A215-S7417 Laptop. The original recovery discs did not work, so I ordered a new set at 24.95, which Toshiba says is just for shipping the discs are free, but the new discs did not work either.
