They are a bunch of scam artist, we cancel an order from them and was expected to get a refund when mailing back the product. Never did get back our refund and they continuously charge us again without our authorization. Contacted my bank and had to dispute the charges. Barclay card has an alliance with APPLE to finance their products sold to students and the public at large. They are a scam artist posing as a bank. Do not let them steal from you. You can find better financing. Their idea is to offer you "deferred interest" on your MAC or Apple device. We are receiving phone calls fromInfocom USA to pay for a CD that 1.) we didn't authorize the order and 2.) we haven't even received a CD. They call us and we tell them we didn't order a CD nor do we have one in our office please do not call here again and then we hang up. They call right back and tell us that we are rude to hang up the phone and that by hanging up the phone doesn't mean we are going to get rid of them. Elmhurst Suzuki is a horrible dealer. I've taken my truck into this shop 3 times for the same problem. The truck has been there over 2 weeks and is there right now. They are either unable or unwilliling to find the source of the problem. While the truck was there they bent the step bar and caused another problem. So frustrated with this place!! When I went to take the pad off and replace it it left a hard shell glue that could not be removed with any substance I tried-even nail polish remover, oil, glue goon and paint thinner! I received a phone call at my work phone number from a very rude man with a deep accent telling me my SSN was being investigated. I kept asking what company he was calling for and he got very upset and said if I did not want to listen to what he said, he was going to send the police to my work (he had the address) and have me arrested. This is a ripoff site. They have you join for .99 euro whick is supposed to be about $1 US and then charge your credit card $127 dollars and you never get anything downloaded. I was directed to the site when my computer got a virus. I payed the 50 dollars and downloaded their program. A few weeks later, I started getting virus alerts again. I tried to contact the company by email to get support for this issue, since it was supposed to be a 3 month protection plan. They never responded to any of my emails, and when I tried to contact them by phone, the number is not in service.
