Mimo auctions keeps claiming since the beginning of May 2010 that the item I consigned, a 1960 wrought iron dining set by John Risley is sold for $2, 500, but will not pay the proceeds/sale. If the item is sold, then it should be paid and if it is not paid, then it is not sold and the item should be returned. It is noe September 2010 and Mimo auction still would not pay amount owed nor return the unpaid consigned item. Looking for a reasonably priced cleaning service, I came across Minit Maids. In business for 30 years, bah. So they say. How they have stayed in business for so long is beyond me. I hired them to clean a house prior to moving in. The maid cleaned for four hours, and I still had 3-foot long cobwebs next to the fireplace, from the ceiling, and debris in the cabinets and stove. Tim of T & H Services in Seattle was contracted to fix a deck that had water damaged rotting wood, replace some bad wood on the steps, and straighten out a leaning fence post. Once finished, Tim overcharged me by $800 (the amount that was advanced) and wouldn't refund until 2 months later when I was about to take legal action. Omnicity.net bought our ISP. Our internet used to run great. Now it ***. I called and they blame it on our old ISP. But our old ISP MAINTAINED our network and kept us up. We had 24/7 support and service. This was with, basically a one man show. Now we have a corporation that owns our ISP. They suck! They don't keep us up and they don't get us back up quickly. My Oris Artelier Moonphase watch clasp opened with little provocation, until I was at a park and lock and took my jacket off and saw it fall from inside my sleeve to the ground destroying the crystal and scratching the stainless. They wanted $375 dollars to repair it, while claiming nothing was wrong with the clasp, though still under warranty. Should a watch come off when you take your jacket off? There is no safety clasp, perhaps it's an Oris faux pas, but World of Watches / Swiss Watch International should have fixed it no charge, or given me a new one. I signed up for the weightnot program with Reveal MedSpa in the Washington DC area. A few days later I had to move back to my hometown in Idaho to help with my mother who is ill. I did not use any of the services and called Reveal to request a refund. They said that they would refund my money. The charge was on June 28, 2010 and as of September 22, 2010 I have not seen any refund. I have called several times and was told that they are backed up and it should happen anyday. I've opened many tickets with Flare Hosting about our emails being bounced back to us. We've received no help from them. They said that they worked on it and the issues should clear up in 48 hours. I'm running a business and having reliable email service is important. It's been 6 days and nothing. On top of that, they have "who cares" type attitude. I keep opening up trouble tickets and get nothing but a sarcastic email from their tech support. Tide Water Auro Brokers are a bunch of lieing A-holes they say no matter what they help the military and get them into a car. Well my husband and I drove all the way from Fort Bragg North Carolina 4 1/2 hr one way with a garentee to leave with a car...they also said they would get us lunch. Stay away from LifeQuotes, Inc. If it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. I know because I gave it a try. Yes, they will pay you $23 an hour for Talk Time but you will be taking incoming calls from customers who want to be transferred to their agent so you will be acting like a receptionist. This store replaced my left front axle with a wrong one 2 times claiming it was the right one. I did not believe what was going on so I took it to the dealership and they immediately identified it as a wrong axle. These guys swore by it that they had in the right axle . As a result of this, I had a play of the axle in the transmission causing the bearing in the transmission to wear out and now I either have to replace my whole transmission or get the bearing fixed. 10/10/10 Today my boyfriend and I dropped off our 6month old Coton De Tulear to be groomed. It is the second time he has been to this store for a grooming. When we dropped him off the groomer told us we did not need to leave the picture of the cut we wanted, since she had a good idea. She insisted we take it with us.
