This is day two without gas service due to a poorly made payment company mistake and the Center Pointe's bullying and making fun of our situation. I spoke to three customer service employees, one hung up on me, and asked two for a supervisor (you have to wait 24 hours to get one if you are lucky enough to get a service person to get you on the waiting list, which takes 5 minutes of waiting time). Subway's "Fiery Footlong Frenzy" contest is nothing but a rip-off. Within two weeks, all my local Subways had no more 32 oz cups with contest codes. The codes on Sun Chips Monterey Jack and Tomato are repeats - there seem two be only three or four different ones printed on the bags, and Subway's website tells me "You've already used this one. I spent over an hour on the phone with a Direct TV salesman - ordering the bundle package - premier, etc. NO ONE told me that the phone and internet service was with someone other than Direct TV. I was told an amount I would pay and I asked three times was that the amount for all three and how long would that price be effective. I was told forever. I joined ACFC because I wanted to learn how to make email stationery. Since the owner, April Hunt, stated that she was a Christian I decided to buy her life time membership fee of $50.00. I took a carecredit loan for $500.00 on June of 2006. GEMoneybank sold this loan to Arrow Financial in January of 2007. I PAID THIS LOAN IN FULL to Arrow (who--DID own the loan now) in May of 2007. On my credit report, gemoneybank says that I owe THAM $950.00!!! The loan was only for $500.00 and they sold it to someone else! I purchased my $3500 Tag Heuer watch from an authorized dealer in 6/6/09. By 9/12/09 the crown would not screw back in. I brought it to an authorized dealer and they sent it to Tag. Tag then told them that it would not be covered, basically saying the threads on the crown (& tube) were stripped due to misuse. Contacted Sony Customer Service back in July and complained about the amazing loud bellowing tone made by the TV when turned on. They admitted to receiving many complaints and said they would immediately send me a software driver to plug into the tv that would disable that annoying sound. This is praise, not a complaint. Regarding all those other complaints, we noticed that MOST of them said they adopted them from MOBILE units, not straight from North Shore. We adopted a very cool animal from NSAL --from the base, not from the mobile unit. And, so far, we are very happy. Sure the dog has a few problems, but we knew that from the start. I was to get free call wave service with my peoplepc package. They cut my service at call wave saying I owed 30+ dollars. They now say they don't offer the free service with peoplepc.com customers, though they did have it when I signed with peoplepc. This was the reason I changed internet servers in order to get the free call alert feature. This has been ongoing for over a year. I have contacted BBB and they said they would get it reconnected but never did. Please help me. I still pay a fee to Verizon, my phone carrier, to have the busy caller on my phone service. Excessive charge for a small repair. Lon Smith roofing replaced my roof in 2003 and gave me a 10 year limited warranty. When I developed a small leak in 2010 and called the company I was told that they could not find the record of my roof replacement and warranty. One door was replaced by Peachtree in 2002, and that one leaks again.
