Hopefully this post will serve as a warning to anyone considering using Globus for travel. They were recommended by a travel agent, but I suggest finding another company. This company advertises items that they do not have in stock. I ordered a book and it said it would ship in 12 days but it seems that they did not have the book, did not tell me when I placed order and only when I inquired as to where my book was did they tell me that they had not placed an order for the book yet. WORST EVER!!! We have a service contract with A&E, and have been trying to resolve a refrigerator issue with them for going on 3 weeks now. A technician showed up for the first appointment, and then got the needed part and installed it... fine so far. Their marketing practices include discarding of their fliers on private property without the consent of those property owners. What legitimate business resorts to littering as a means to market their business? Tried the FileCure scan. It then told me about my errors that needed to be fixed and asked me to register. I didn't register, but now my computer is completely run by FileCure. My system32/run32dll.exe file is GONE. I lived at the above named apartment and I must say I did have a great time. Its not great but it was okay. The staff was friendly and nice and the maintenance was quick and for the most part efficient. However when your lease is up - they don't treat you nicely to make you want to stay. I made reservation for 1 day and when I arrived, they had no record. I had confirmation number and they said it was the day b-4. and that I was charged no call no show. My wife & I checked in to the Days Inn located in Rancho Cordova CA. The room we were given was crawling with insects and there were cockroaches in the beds. The toilet was missing the bolts that secure it to the floor & the elevator was out of order for almost two weeks. He comes off as a nice guy in person, but once you have retained him by giving him a sum of money...everything changes.
