Do Not use their service. They have a rental truck from Enterprise. If you get two middle eastern, they are lazy and worthless. They stuck a machine in the vent for less then 10min with the vent closed. Also left dirt all over the place. they brought a mini shop vac to clean out the dryer vent. Stay away from this company. I believe the President of the Association is embezzling money and laundering money. He has acquired up to 10 units at the Hawaiian King with no mortgage. Not bad for a guy that was living in his van. It was passed by the board removing and replacing the tile in the pool would cost 15, 000. And, would take approximately 1 week (7 days). On 10/13/09 I filed a claim at Bonco Popular. They gave me provisional credit, and on 11/13/09 the bank toke it back. The only thing was that I opened up a unsecure credit card for $500.00 dollars. My HP Plasma 42 Inch TV has sound but no picture. It has problem from day one. I called HP and they sent technician twice. Third time I wanted them to replace TV, they replaced some board. It worked fine for EXACTLY 44 months. I hardly used this TV. We got it for close to 1500$ from best buy. Now when my kids were watching dora, picture died but voice is ok. I ordered two Fig trees from Willis Orchard through Google ordering system. Also in the order was some trees for Fall delivery. I received the two Fig Trees Bare feet. As any one with a dash of salt knowledge about trees knows that Bare feet trees are in a shock and need recovery. Unfortunately I did not have this Dash of salt. I made a reservation at the Yatel Motel for the first weekend in July. I was informed when making the reservation that they had a 48 hour cancellation policy. I became sick and couldn't make the trip so I called 54 hours ahead of time to cancel. I spoke to a man who took my cancellation and when I asked if If there was anything else I needed to do, he said no. Much to my surprise they debited my checking account for $69.12. This company is horrible!!! Horrible!!! They shipped this in a cardboard box, with paper and just one "ice pack". This chocolate will not make it anywhere in the original condition. When I received it, it was completed melted. There are many ways to ensure chocolate makes it to a destination without melting (i.e. dry ice, foam containers, etc), but this company is too cheap and too inconsiderate to use any of those.
