We purchased a washer, dryer and a Refrigerator freezer all Kenmore Elite series. We purchased the 3 year warranty and scheduled the routine maintenance as we were instructed. I ordered personalized stadium cups. They sent an email saying they couldn't use the OSU logo which was fine, I instructed them to use just name on both sides. They never contacted me back, never produced the product and the day of my event they sent an email saying they canceled the order. I brought two axle shafts to Sullivan tire to press new bearings on. They cut into one shaft, pressed the abs pick up gear in so far it could not read, and did not install the bearing retaining clip. The second axle they heated the abs gear pressed it on to far, stripped the abs gear, and did not install the bearing retaining clip. I ordered 4 Bain de Terre items from this company. I found them as 'Sponsored Links' on Amazon.com. I recieved both the shampoo and conditioner. The Recovery Complex was not in the box. The box was sealed so it had clearly never been shipped. The Shine Spray was only 2/3 full and was either a tester or return ...ewwww. It was taped shut so it was shipped that way. On 8/28/10 I reached an agreement with Crown Audi of Clearwater FL on a 2007 Audi A4. I went home to get my certified bank check and approval from my wife. I would NOT use this company for advertisement wraps. They do crappy work and they mis-communicate with you as well as slash your tires. They make you pick them up at the airport and drive the installer back over 200 miles in 1 day. Difficulty Cancelling service. TW refused to cancel service, due to my not knowing a PIN number (which I am sure was never provided) or the exact date and amount of my last payment (which is auto drafted). They will not allow cancellation online (where I can log in with my username and a password (which is NOT the same as this PIN number they want). I know my name, account number, address. On 3/26/10, I purchased a new Generac portable generator. Previous to that, I had a Troy generator for over a year and never had any problem with it starting. Un fortunately, someone stole my Troy generator, so I spent $1611.50 for this Generac that always has a dead battery. Generac told me I could use the manual pull to start it. If I was physically able to start a manual pull, I wouldn't have purchased an electric start. This Generac is completely inferior to the Troy generator I had before.
