This site is not true. Nothing on it is true and it is hurting our community. I am a resident here in Walden Woods South and this site is ridiculous. The community is beautiful, peaceful and the people are nice. Everything is new, pool, clubhouse etc. This person is causing homes not to be sold in our community and in this economy we are losing even more than the average because of this site. What can the residents do here to get this site removed? The owners, CRF, have tried with no success to get the page removed by the publisher he refuses. This website pretends to be a Government help website with filing for unemployment, but it simply shares your information with solicitors. Unfortunately my daughter entered her information without reading the Privacy policy where they say specifically that they can NOT guaranty (they didn't even spell gaurantee correct) that the users information will not be intercepted, etc... This ACH (online payment method) has the worst customer service ever. On average it takes them 10 days to reply the simplest email to Support. They will block your account if you log in with an IP from a different country, and will not release your money afterwards. I ordered a camera they claimed to have in stock. They were charging $300 over list price for this hard to get item. After 3 days I called to see why they had not shipped the product. Bought a (supposedly) great HDTV antenna from this company. It was junk and failed to work any better than rabbit ears. It was also not UL listed and had defects. I received an RMA from them and returned the antenna but no refund ever came. After corresponding with them several times over a 2 month period there was still no refund. A letter to the California State Attorney General finally prodded them into returning my money. I was scammed for $8750 USD by Harry Loeb of Pizazz International LLC, Florida based company. It was rediculously simple. The guy offered products on alibaba.com I contacted him, paid the money through wire transfer and ... never received the merchandise. Harry Loeb doesn't answer his phone and cell. I live in a neighborhood that was hit hard in a big hail storm last year. Because of the damage, every one of my neighbors has had their roof replaced by their homeowner's insurance - except us.
