Purchased stump removal and three inch Redbud tree in June 2009. Warranty is for one year. May 2010 only the bottom half of the tree leaved. Top half was dead and branches dry. I purchased an advertised as new HP laptop for $459.00 as a graduation gift for my daughter and a few months later it completely died on her. I called HP and found out that it is a refurbished unit and that it only has a 90 day warranty. I bought two 275/35 19 bridgestone RFT tires from VYC Tires in PA on EBAY on May 18th. The tires they sent me were not the tires I had originally bought. The tires sent were old and worn and uneven tread. I returned the tires and spend $40 on shipping. Also, they charged me a 15 percent re-stocking fee and did not credit me the original shipping of the tires. I lost $100 on this. I called and spoke to Radi and the manager Julio. Took my car in for state inspection. Instead of passing or rejecting the car they enumerated $1, 900 in repairs and told me I had to do them "if I ever wanted to pass VA state inspection." Took it to another inspector. It passed without a single repair being done. Filed a complaint with the VA state police. An inspection is an up or down thing. They can pass or reject you. Staff and doctors at The Doctor iz in in West New York lack professionalism and passion to help patients. One nurse who was helping the receptionist almost turned me away when I showed up for my annual complete physical b/c she simply didn't know what she was talking about. Their ordering system sucks you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month. Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund. The incident occurred at 13:00 on June 18. My husband and I walked into the store to look at evening gowns. There were two salespeople (women) in the store. Neither bothered to greet us when we entered the store and neither asked us if we needed any assistance. The young woman at the register didn't look up at all. Up until Dec.2009 when i requested a new card (blue) I had no real problems. I wanted to put my tax returns on card and it can't be done with the green cards. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy! The couches that were delivered arrived damaged and poorly constructed, and now they refuse to issue a refund even though their own policy states that a full refund will be issued if the furniture is damaged during delivery. I would like to file a complaint against Foothills Tennis Village apartments in Roseville, CA. On June 16-June 17, 2010 the concrete on the property was being re-sealed. Hired this guy to build a garage for me. Pretty good at telling me what I wanted to hear. He cashed the deposit within the hour after he picked it up. I purchased the Kenmore Elite HE4 Washer/Dryer set in Jan of 2006. 4 Months later, the control board on the dryer went. It took 2 weeks to get Sears repair to fix it. Cost me $100 in laundry fees while my dryer was down. Now, as of yesterday, my dryer turns on all by itself and you can't shut it off without unplugging it.
