I have written this site 2 emails complaining about the smell of a fragrance they sent me.. I ordered a Laptop Battery from them a month ago, they sent me a battery that fit perfectly and I was glad it worked. All the complaints you have read are true and more.The Regency will take advantage of you in every possible way, using their bullet-proof lease contract. It will leave you feeling helpless. Beware the hidden agenda that lies within this lengthly contract. The staff including Lee Ann, Gaby Sosa, and Torry, the General Manager are rude and arrogant, uncompromising, and they lie. Around May 4, 2011 I placed an order online to have flowers delivered to my mother who lives out of state for Mother's Day. My Dad had a prepaid Verizon phone. He died shortly after paying Verizon $181.00. We tried to get the phone disconnected and the $160 left on his account refunded. Verizon refused, stating that if the entire amount of the original prepayment was still on the account, they could do it, but since some of the money was used, they cannot refund ANY of it. Lowe's Foods doesn't allow their hourly workers to do turnaround shifts (working a closing shift followed by an opening shift) but they are fine letting their managers work those shifts several times a week. That means my husband is only getting four hours of sleep a night, which is dangerous for him, dangerous for other people driving on the road with him, and just bad policy for Lowe's Foods.
