Being stuck in heathrow airport lift for an hour, we telephoned them 6 times and they knew how nervous i was, they explained that they had sent the engineers to the wrong lift, they asked us at the beginning which floor we were on, we replied that we didnt know as all it said on the lift was out of service, we heard nothing else from them apart from when we telephoned them. There was no communication no paramedics there and all we had was a bottle of water from airport staff. They had to shut the lift down 3 times but the last time the lights were off for about 15 minutes, they did not let us know they were doing this either. read full review »

Please do not use this Husker Exteriors, Inc. It's been 4 mos since they took our down payment and within one day they cashed the check. We haven't heard from them since.
We have left message after message. Spoke to Linda at the office several times. She promised the owner would call. He didn't. The general manager Jim, promised the same. We have now hired an attorney to help us.
This company claims we never signed a contract or gave them money. We have both items including the chk that cleared the bank. Do not use them. read full review »

Hertz (aka Herts)Auto Transport is such a fraud, they mispell their own name! They ripped me off for over $1300 and never performed the service for which they were paid. After making a duplicate charge on my credit card, and two weeks after the date they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, they refused to answer their phone or return my calls or return my money! This is now being handled by my credit union as a fraudulent transaction. These folks need to return to the country they came from (not the USA)and rip off their own fellow citizens. Bottom line: AT&T (Bellsouth) "determined" that the line interference came from inside my house and charged me $90 without prior notification. At least, they could have fixed the problem or could have waived the fee because I was loyal customer of theirs for +/- 10 years.

4/6/2010, Order lawnmower over phone to pickup at store. Rep tells me it is in stock. I price match with HomeDepot.com, get great deal on mower, rep says hes charging $370 to my credit card (otherwise it would be $492 w/o price match). I drive to store, find out they don't have it in stock and it will be delivered on the 12th.
Get home, find out I was charged $492, call store, they won't help. I call online support number, they tell me I will be credited after I pick up the package.

I had bought a $3, 600 King Size Serta Mattress from Sleepys two years ago. The Mattress warrantee is supposed to be for 10 years as you would expect with an expensive mattress like that.
However after less than one year the mattress started to sag towards the edge making it almost impossible not to roll out of bed unless you constantly woke up and re-adjust your sleeping position. Purchased a touchless kitchen faucet and received a defective faucet. When I ordered the faucet ($69) I comented about the high cost of shipping.($25.95). They gave me a 15% disc. Total $85.44. Somehow this company captures credit/debit card numbers and charges a trial membership fee. Then they charge a recurrent monthly fee if you don't catch it on your statement and cancel in a matter of days. There are websites to cancel, if you can find them. Very tricky and dishonest. Also have travel voucher charges, savings clubs, credit/id protection "services". Total subversive scam. Watch out. Don't know how they get the info but they do. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Choosedirect over a hottub that I ordered in November 2009. I was originally told that the hot tub would arrive 8-11 weeks later meaning in February. In February, I sent an email asking when the tub would be shipped. I received an email from them stating that it would be shipped in April with no explanation as to the delay but was told I would receive incentives for being patient.

This compnay and its owner(s) are the most abusive people I have ever had to deal with. Beware of Sunrise lighting aka So Cal Lighting aka socal lighting. They advertise one thing, send another, then post your credit card information if you complain. Whe I complained to the BBB of LA, they lied to the BBB about sending out slips to mail back the product, but never addressed posting the credit card data.

I purchased the Healthmaster "blender" advertised by Montel Williams and after one month it began spitting out oil. Then this oil was getting into the container where you put the food. We bought a Sterns & Foster King Mattress "Villa Rose Euro" from the Macy's Furniture Store in Dublin, Ohio. We actually bought 3 mattresses that day 2 Queen and 1 King. I had no problem with this company until now, other than an excessively high interest rate. We did not realize that we got a Equity Line. We thought we had a fixed mortgage. I have been trying to get this converted to 15 yr term. They will not even consider for 3 yrs. Now the problems has started. My payment is due on the 14th. Our school received 5 of these printers along with an HP Server, switches and several other item. The P2015DN printer sat in a box till this summer when I installed it on our network. It printed around 10 jobs and now the formatter board goes out. Cost quote from HP $289.00. Cost of new P2015 DN printer $300. I have checked the web and it is repleat with others having the same problem. 1 school bought 10 and has 3 with this issue 1 month out of warranty...and on & on. I've been trying for weeks to get a prescription from Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy . This service is being offered to members of AARP. To begin with they are very S-L-O-W. (We have also dealt with Prescription Solutions through our plan with AARP and their service is blindingly fast by comparison and we have never had issues with them in any way. The only reason we went with Walgreens for this prescription is because it is not covered under our Medicare plan and it was much less through Walgreens.
