I has the same scam, I received the voucher as part of a rebate for items we purchased. I checked the site and things looked good, but when it was time to submit my claim they said it was bankrupt. I actuall spoke with somone and they referred me to their other website but it was the same road block. I received through the USPS (not via email) an invoice showing a PAST DUE amount of $85.01, current charges of $74.51, and Federal USF of $10.50; for a "Total due Upon Receipt" of $170.02. My complaint concerns the Loan Modification that I've been dealing with BofA and BAC Home Loans since October of 2009 to help me with my Mortgage payments. This is a CNA HHA AC and LVN program. The LVN program only have 3 instructors for 2 day classes and one evening class. They charge us 23000 dollars for a 12 months program. These guys are a bunch of crooks, they steal money from subcontractors and cause problems for owners in the form of liens and complaints by subcontractors. These Crooks David Schatzberg and Mark Provenzano failed to pay us over $25, 000 and it took us over 6 months to get over $40, 000 that they owed us. They are every subcontractors' nightmare, do them an excellent job and they keep a good chunk of your money at the end of the job. All Pro Oil Change in Fairhaven is not a good place to get a oil change! I brought in my honda for an oil change a few weeks ago. Well, turned out my oil filter had been leaking - this was caught by a honda technician when i brought the car in for a timing belt. Oh - it gets better! When they rotated my Hondas brand new wheels - there was damage to two wheels from the impact wrench used to remove the wheels. All Pro Management flat out denied the damage - and refused to replace the two damaged wheels.
