I went to their office because they were offering a special on cleaning and xrays. I was told I needed a crown which I agreed to have done. Sam, the receptionist came in to tell me about a dental plan they had to offer but she did not tell me it was mandatory to enroll at that time since their office was giving me a discount on the crown. Now they are calling me saying I owe them $111 more for the dental plan even though the phamplet says this plan is voluntary. The crow was cheaper than I could have gotten at my other dentist but I don't feel I owe them $111 more since it was not made clear to me that was part of the cost. read full review »

Today at 12:50 p.m. received a telephone call from a man with children in the background telling me I had won or my husband had won a Wal-Mart Sweepstakes and we had been notified several weeks back about it. We had not received any such information in the mail that either of us were aware of, the caller id showed JAMAICA CALL 876-571-9373. I noticed my mortgage payments were much larger than usual, so I called Bank of America to inquire and they told me National Union Insurance Co. is charging me for insurance I did not aurthorize. I've tried several times to cancel the insurance but everytime I call the computer is either down or they are closed(I've called five times). I cannot cancel this policy and I would like to take legal actions. read full review »

I returned one book and refused the mail of a second book in February 2010. Both were charged to my credit card in the amount of $99.50 each. The agreement was if I was not satisfied, they could be returned for a full refund. I mailed them to the address they gave me: 850 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, Nevada 89103. I received only one credit of $99.50 to date. The return # given me by "Fay" is 10302496506.
Please help me get my money back. This is a scam business they are operating.

3-27-2010 i purchased a brinks fire proof safe around the mid 2000's from home depot, and tried to open it and i couldn't...something told me to try and pull the combination knob and i did and the knob came out of the safe and it was not suppose to do that..there were no signs of tampering either, but i am very upset about having to pay a locksmith 324.oo to bang and saw it open for me...i nearly cried because of the price i had to pay for a safe that was suppose to b safe read full review »

As a survivor, I really feel compelled to speak out against Campbell's for several reasons. It is difficult because most kids grew up on Campbell's. My mom used to prepare a thermos of Campbell soup every morning for my dad to bring to work. In his mid fifties he developed colorectal cancer. I don't know if there was a connection.

This company offers a sample of their product online. Although there is a statement online relating to future charges to be deducted from your bank account unless a call is made to an 877 number to cancel within 14 days you are not cancelld. When you call you're told the service is cancelled but IT IS NOT. After one call to celebwhiteteeth.com once before the 14 day cancellation period to cancel we thought the service had been cancelled. The ring that was purchased on November 8th, 2008 was 1.5 carat total weight. This weight included nine diamonds: one center and four supporting. This ring was picked up at the end of November 2008. Be careful. Price is to good to be true. Workmanship suffers. They do not do what the say, cut corners. Damage house. No clean up. I did not see a measure tape come out once. Cut everything by eye and it shows. Quality of parts are poor at best. Do your self a favor call Connecticut Basements a little more money but better parts better quality work. NEVER BUY FROM CYMAX! Received an electric fireplace from CYMAX, came damaged, missing pieces and wrong model (but we couldn't tell from unopened huge box delivered only n street in the snow - how to open and inspect it in such conditions?). I have no complaints of any dealer. My complaint is as follows:
I own a 2007 chevy uplander and am dissappointed with the bowtie emblem on the front and back. Water gets between the plastic and metal part of the emblem and stains the emblem. I had the front replaced once and it has done it again, but this time the plastic part of the emblem fell off. I am 71 years old and have owned 40+ GM vehicles in my lifetime and am a die hard fan of GM. I was told it would cost 70+ dollars to replace it. Needless to say I am dissappointed. I would like to complain about two things. First, I would like to complain about the Osburn Hybrid-35 Pellet Insert. We had an awful experience with this stove. It was too loud, we had a difficult time getting it to ignite, we had to clean it almost every day to get the stove to start, there was a warning code that kept shutting the stove off, and overall we hated the stove.

I purchased an almost $800 Frigidaire refrigerator locally in August 2009. This appliance has been a problem from the start, first icicles formed on the inside of the freezer door and small flies got inside the bottom, next the refrigerator made an awful noisy racket, then the refrigerator stopped running and all my frozen food defrosted. The merchant sent repairmen the first two times. The third time they came and got the refrigerator. That was three (3) weeks ago and they are saying it may be another week before it is returned.

The private security buisness listed above has in the past held employees certifications (ie. commission cards) so that the employee will not attempt to seek employment elsewhere. I personaly have not recieved my certifications cards for classes that i took three months ago (ie. pepper spray, handcuffing). They also have not sent me my last payment for uniforms that i returned to them one month ago. So this is my experience with Evans Halshaw Ford Main dealer in Preston.
I bought a second hand Ford Mondeo in May 2009. When I picked it up I noticed that the stereo was faulty and it was eating CDs. I rang the salesman and he said to fetch it in and they would swap it on the spot for a replacement. So I made the 30 min drive over to Preston and went to the service desk where I was told they would send it away for repairs which would take a few weeks. After NUMEROUS attempts at trying to get answers regarding my recently terminated account, Flickr customer support has been anything but supportive. The only responses I get are automated, no one can seem to tell me HOW my account was in violation of their TOS. I paid sticker for a Pius III plus a leather upgrade promised to be identical to or better than factory leather in every respect except without lumbar adjustment. We contacted Searshomepro to look to reface/replace our kitchen cabinetry in a small bungalow home. We were supposed to get a 60 - 90 minute consultation with an architectural drawing and estimate at the end. The field manager stayed in my home less than 30 minutes. The quote we received was ridiculously high ($13, 000 when 3 others have quoted it for about $5, 000) and the quote was an estimate written on his business card. Is it just me or do all pet stores that keep and sell bearded dragons know nothing about them?! this store have baby dragons housed on sand, which is well known to be the worse substrate for them as can be ingested when they catch their insects. there isnt a clean space of sand from their toilet duties. their UV tubes are reptiglo's, the reptiglo's have proved to be very harmful to their eye sights and bones, and they have red heating bulbs which do not filter out the strong and harmful UV rays, it HAS to be a white heating bulb... read full review »

I received a Sony Handycam from my children at the end of 2005. I haven't used it very often, maybe ten times and recently found that the display is blank.I saw on the internet that this was a manufacturing defect and Sony would replace it at no charge. I called Sony only to learn that the recall ended six months ago and the cost of repair would have to be borne by me. I argued my case with a customer service rep without success. I ordered Nerf Bars for my 2009 Silverado crewcab with 6.5' box--when the item arrived it did not fit as it was at least 8 - 10 inches too long -- I returned the item to IN as instructed and then was not given the choice of replacement but charged a 25% restocking fee, a $15.00 tag fee, and $37.50 freight charge-- a total of $114.95 for an item that was ordered correctly and is advertised by other suppliers as the proper number including the manufacturer ( item # 0401-0027B). I ordered 7 products from them. I find out a couple days after my order that 3 of the things aren't in stock. I asked for comparable items, but at the same cost the original items I ordered. Costumer service was extremely rude and refused. My options were to not get what I ordered or to pay more to get something like what I ordered and all because THEY made several mistakes. Their tech support consists of a lady by the name of Julie Pujol answering her cell phone and letting the students hanging for a while, then tells the students to call later. This company is a complete rip-off, they manage 2 courses on my University and everyone has a complaint about them and their non reliable tech support, stay away from them. read full review »
