For the past month, this company has called our cell number. Most of the time, they hang up before I answer and do not leave a message. I have had the same problem as others. This is the catch to it all, this claireklein popup was linked to a survey request that poped up when I went to get into my wellsfargo bank account, figuring it was accosciated with a corporation like that, I figured the deal was legitimate. I am complaining about the complete lack of regard for customers that At&t exhibits. Today, my cell phone (purchased at At&t), went completely crazy, would not text, or dial out. I have gone to this store twice this week and came home with something other than I ordered. I ordered white meat meals and my reciept says white meat but my meals were dark meat and my wife did not eat her meal (waste of my money). I tried to call the store and got no answer. I honestly think that Wydham must have people on here writing these reviews. From the moment we pulled up this place is a train wreck. Nowhere to park for check-in and 1 person working to service around 20 people waiting in line. I will agree we came at a busier time of the year so this is somewhat out of the hotels control. We paid $700 for an Oreck Upright Vacuum with a 21 yr. warranty. The warranty is only good if you have it serviced by them once a year. At the time we purchased the vacuum, it was from a dealer fairly close to our home. I too have not been able to get this company to live up to their word. Mike Mosieur says to email him personally and he will take care of getting you your check. When we drove up, it seemed to be a nice location with nice ammenites. However, once we got in our rental house, we were disgusted. It was dirty, rugs were stained, there was mold around the bath and showers. When we woke up in the morning, there were ants in our bathroom.
