Bill from AT&T for $13.50 for Directory Assistance calls (includes Fed charges, state taxes). Never made the calls dialing 10-15-15-8000 number. AT&T says they can't help what third party companies do, and they can't stop the customer from using other directory assistance services. I paid £175 for a recording studio experience. At the end of it, I was given a Tesco CD-R CD that wouldn't work on a CD player, only a PC. I contacted the company for a refund. They refused, claiming that the experience was what I'd paid my money for; the CD was simply an ancillary factor. I thought getting a gym member ship was a good idea until I missed a month and they sent in to national cedit corp and soon to my belief I owed a bit of money. so I was getting bills in teh mail for 242.50. and at the bottom of the letter it says things includes lates charges. It makes my design generic and they are selling it all over. They also sent my second order of cards with the wrong email address. This car rental place is a tiny lot several miles off the airport which has very few vehicles and does not honor reservations. It utilizes regular passenger vehicles which only hold a few people to pick up at the airport, causing extensive delays in ferrying passengers to its location.
