Bought a Husky HU80220 power washer from Home Depot one year ago. Used it once, worked fine, but spayer gun assembly plastic broke so it now leaks too much to use. Tried to get a copy of the user manual on line and it does not exist. This is a good indication of the kind of company Husky must be and their concern about customer support. I purchased a dining table from american signature 2 weeks back with a self delivery option as I couldnt afford the 125$ delivery fees. I bought it for 540$ including taxes. I purchased an AQUADYNE 6-in-1 Shower head about 5 months ago, now, I dont have any complaints about the shower head itself, but I do have a problem with the plastic mount for the sprayer head. I've only had it about 5 months and the mount has already snapped where it screws onto the pipe. I purchased a Garry Vacuum in 09. The on off button is so hard to turn on and off. The tools stopped working. When I called the company I was told I could pay $50.00 for them to ship me a new product, and another $50.00 to send the broken one back. We got a call saying we had an opportunity for a free vacation. I'm writing this from a personal experience with this con artist who misled me into believe that he had shown my project to investors when he had not. Went in for a so called "FREE CONSULTATION" and was subjected to hard sell tactics, insults and even had my driver's license and credit card held hostage until I insisted they return them. Do not darken their door. These people are unprofessional. Should have read other complaints first and then would have never gone. My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10, 000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. Hiram Waste and Recycling apparently has no problem not honoring a contract. We signed up two years ago for home trash service picked up twice weekly at a rate much less than the competition. In the case of Hiram Waste it is definantly buyer beware as cheaper is not better. Hiram Waste stopped giving the service agreed upon. I understand some customers received notes attached to the trash container while others as in our neighborhood never received any notice at all. This company tells you to pay a month upfront when you sign up to hire a storage garage, saying and I quote 'If you leave before the month is finalised, you get the rest of that month, reimbursed back to you' The smiling assasin at the front desk who works on the weekends, makes you sign a contract without explaining the catch, doesnt give you a copy of the contract even though you ask for it, and then when you leave your storage space, she turns around and says 'we require 14 days notice to get your refund back' and scams you out of your cash. I got a call from this company the other night saying the number and nothing else. I called the number back from my caller Id and the I get a recording saying all the mailboxes were or are full even the operator which is strange. I did get someone supposedly name Edward Avery at ext 22710 which of course does not exist.
