For part of my order, I was going to use a gift certificate and once I told them that I had a gift certificate, they promptly hung up the phone on me. I recently bought an account on playerauctions and the original owner managed so steal the account back after we had paid for it. This has happened two times. The first time he took it back just after 2 weeks of owning it. The second time he took it back about 3 months later. Paypal refuses to help as well as playerauctions.com. I decided to go with Softcast Marketing known as Softcast-Marketing.com . At first, they sounded great and one was supposed to get all of the untrue acusations off the first page. I never received my W-2 from Macy's and I know they have the correct address. I have called over 8 times to many different stores to get a hold of the human resources manager. I have left 2 messages with no call back. I have even talked to a manager that said would call me back on how to get my W-2 because she was "busy" and never called me.
