I purchased the 50 U.S. gold coins of the u.s. quartes on jan.3, 2010, and paid by my credit card. My car was stolen and recovered. Towed to this place. I was called by MB police and told my car was in the same shape I left it in and drivable to go pick it up. This company kept me on the phone for over an hour, very rude and discourteous, until they had closed so my car had to stay overnight. Subway charged me sales tax on adding money to my sub club card, and then charges me tax on individual uses. That is double taxing on the same purchase. I contacted them, and they agreed that it was wrong. However, they never issued me a refund as they had said. I would think double-taxing on the same purchase is illegal. I had a carnival sea miles credit card for around 8 years. Each time I tried to used points for a cruise the card company said I had to book with them, I always got a better price else where so the points kepted adding up. Now they changed the card to "fun points" and guess what...now you can get your best price and still use your points! The Thompson Service Department could not figure out what was wrong with my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They make up for bad customer service by poor phone service and total incompetence. I took a basic Casio in for a battery and two weeks later it is losing time; the hands actually stop for a few seconds to a minute then start again. I did NOT enjoy spending my time or money for my "photoshoot" with Sarah Cabrera-Hernandez. She claims that she has been doing makeup and photos for "years" and that she is "self-taught" but after my actual experience with her, I see that she has a lot of learning to do.
