They allow free web based access to accouont to check balances but do not give you any information on how to set up the account. It would say credentials invalid, have to call company, get charged $3.50 to find out last 6 digits is your temp password.. I find this to be fraudulent business practices, with not showing fees and making you pay a fee to find information that should came with card or be on website. read full review »

Got a letter call from ICR collection agency stating that we owed $299 for an accounts payable publication we did not authorize shipment of. If you do a background check on someone through Intelius.com you will start getting unauthorized charges on your credit card. One in particular from INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC. They indicate it is something you signed up for and it isn't. I also started to receive unauthorized charges on my card for CLKBANK.com after using Intelius. For almost a year now, I have been getting harassing telephone calls, evey 2 hours 7 days a week from GE MoneyBank. This is ridiculous. First of all they made the error by taking a payment off my account which was supposed to be credited to my husbands account. Supposedly they corrected this, but they never did. SCAMED In Sept. 2009 I purchased a warranty from Michael Calozza for a 2006 Sprinter Van. At that time Mike would answer the phone and call back with information on any questions I had regarding the policy. In Dec. 2009 the power control module went out. Funny, but about 3 down there was the company with their policy, address, and phone number listed. It is 1-866-514-8949. This is the second time that Platinmum Services is trying to debit 99.95 from my checking account. The first time on 2-2-2010 I called my bank and filed a fraud complaint stating I never authorized this debit and lo and behold on 218-2010 they debited my account for $99.95 again...I am now going to the bank and I'm going to have to close this account and open up a new one...I can"t believe that nothing can be done to stop this...Now I have to change all my direct deposits etc...What a messPlease look into this and see what can de done...Thank you... Bought 4 units, one for each floor, as stated for square foot coverage. Have more problems with all bugs and/or mice than ever! Never had mice upstairs but do now. I was counting on these being a great help, especially in the cold weather. More mice enter in cold weather. Very dissapointed in the product. It is not as advertised. I feel taken. I have never dealt with a more rude or inept service department in my life!! I placed an order online and never received it. When I called to check the status, I was rudely told that I should have called to place my order instead of placing it online. Are you kidding me? What century is this?? I have half of the decking around my cabin in Rhino deck. It does stain and needs cleaning every 6 months or so. In one area the ends of two board warped. But, I tried to purchase more for my back deck. So, you can see I'm not totally dissatisfied with the product. Unfortunately, the dealers listed on their web page no longer deal with Master Mark Plastics. I think they keep them listed even though one said they no haven't bought materials for 7 years, just to look like they have dealers. In fact, there is not one single dealer in California. When I purchased the hardware to be a Ooma phone customer I was advised by Ooma, in writing and verbally, that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to port my phone number.This cost me $40.00. On February 2, 2010 I purchased a HP Pavilion A4316f bundle (included monitor). When I booted it up for the 2nd time, it took 55 minutes to boot. Thereafter it took an average of 20 minutes to boot. After 4 e-mail communications with their support and complying with their requests, I got the boot down to 18 minutes. I contacted Staples where I purchased the system and they told me to bring the tower (computer) in and they would swap it out. I did so and was very pleased with their attentiveness. After my initial purchase in Jan the computer did not boot up properly in which it took 30-40 minutes to boot up and then that was a maybe. After 5-6 hours of trouble shooting with a technicial located overseas they then decided for me to send it back for repairs. HP (Hewlett Packard) returned another new computer.
