Aug. 2005 I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest World Class Mattress for $1700.00 from a Mattress Giant . I purchased a new arrival floor model for a substancial price reduction. When purchased I inquired on the 10 yr. warranty and was advised the warranty was valid. The first 3 years the mattress was fine. After that we noticed how it was sagging where we slept. I love Walgreens!!! I usually attend the Walgreens store in Williamstown, N.J. This time I patronized at the Walgreens store in Sicklerville. For the first time ever, I decided to play the monthly cash sweepstakes "HOW ARE WE DOING?" There was no way to register in to do the survey. I have a contract with Tmobile since 2005. I have often used call forwarding from my phone to the other phone when I am not available. However, this time I got a big bill from them for callwarding charge of 45 cents/min. I called and complained about the bill but they didn't take the overcharge off my bill. They said I only have 500 minutes I can use for my callforwarding. I asked them to show me where in the contract said that. This company called me up and the person on the other end stated that he was officer Shane Watson and that there was a warrant for my arrest and they were calling to make sure that I was at work, as a courtesy call. I purchased some WuYi weightloss tea. I have cancelled it now & they said I wouldn't be charged anymore payments. I Gave no permission to be signed up to any clubs affilitaed with them & yet, since then I have had money being taken from my account under the above names! All I can say is buyer beware. They have a rock solid contract that is in their favor only. These are ruthless people who would literally kill you for a dime. Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13. When I received my bill I was SHOCKED!! ALL our failed attempts have been charged even if we didn't talk (lines were and still are for the most part down!) We had reservations for a Valentine Dinner. Cost per person $69.95. Five course menu. Service for rude and food was cold. Arrived at 8:45 and served until 10:20. Ladies dish was cold and tough. My loan was sold to Midland and ever since it has been extremely difficult to get them to reimburse me from my reserve account. According to my agreement they are supposed to reimburse me within 15 business days of my request. They continually lose things causing me to resubmitt, or challenge me on items that my original lendre reimbursed me for. I feel the are withholding the monies to their benefit. I purchased a 2006 ford fusion september of 2006, the car was great for 4 months and then the wiring harness went bad and had to be replaced, then with 51, 000 miles on the car the transmission went bad, the local dealer replaced that under warrenty, they had the car for almost 3 months doing that. I have several KENMORE products with warranties. Our fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer set. Over a week and a half ago I contacted SEARS REPAIR to have a tech service our front load washer that was spraying water from the top. Frys credit has an unmanageable user interface on their website. I thought I had paid a bill in full as I usually due. I received a phone call two months later notifying me of delinquent payments. I did not receive a bill or an e-bill updating my account status. Between their preposterous interest rates and hefty late fees I paid almost two times the amount of my initial purchase. We were in New Orleans for a vacation weekend and were invited to a "one-hour" presentation in exchange for a $100 VISA card. This company continues to raise prices. They will bill costomers without approval and once the raise is denied they refund the money to all the customers. This is not right, but however legal. I lived in a trailer worked as a manager and lived on my own. I could leave my heat off for 12 hours a day and still get a bill of 2-500 dollars.
