AKAI Tv did not come on. Service came to diagnose the problem. Tapped on the inside of the tv. It came on then the service man asked if we wanted to proceed, and stated he would not put any money into this tv. Then requested the service call fee in cash only. No workorder, no receipt, nothing. This camera will not format the added memory SD card. Repeated calls to Norcent and Voice Mails asking for support have been ignored for over a month. Can't say I didn't try, and try, and try.
