I have few complaints about this company. Kyle Duncan cannot be trusted. He never answers straight, and often changes the subject. His company is running a scam lead generation service. The deluxe rider is a $40 a month optional vision / hearing and dental rider. The medical card I received has the Deluxe Rider added on to the end of the plan name. The sales lady came by to renew the yellow page ads. I didn't renew. She gave me a signed form saying 0 balance, 0 due. Then I get the full monthly bill for the yellow pages I thought was cancelled. After calling the Berry Company, they said "in the small print of contact, they reserve the right to extend for 3 months" due to the bad economy. The real trick is they encouraged me to "just have the yellow page bill put on your Windstream bill." I received a call on 1/29/10 from Madison Lott with Transworld Systems Inc. This company had no knowledge of a correct address for me, wanted personal information which I refused to give to them. Mr. Lott (if that is his real name) got extremely rude with me when I informed him I was takin care of the business that he was apparently calling about with the company themselves. I also informed him that when I refused to give him personal information I would be contacting the local authorities. I received a call from them saying that where collecting a debt had with a credit card company and I would need to take care of it right away so they offered to cut the dept in half if I would pay check by phone so I did. We bought this product after finding a flea on our female boxer. We gave the treatment to two of our three boxers and they became sick and threw up during the night. They send these promotional cards advertisements in the mail and when you try to use them, you end up finding out that they give you credits on your service instead and only give you particial funds on the card. We represent a carrier that has not been paid for services that were successfully executed for Barnwood Logistics. These charges are undisputed by Barnwoood, they just refuse to pay. The shipper was contacted to verify that they paid Barnwood which they did. So it wasn't like they themselves(Barnwood) didn't get paid. Barnwood had agreed in the past to pay the carrier but hasn't, instead they gave my client and us the run around and have wasted many hours of valuable time for both.
