I also purchased a Calypso washer back in November 2003 from Sears. I was never informed of any class action suit. I have had four service calls in the last five months, and their contracts says that they will replace the machine if they change four parts in a 12 month period. What they do is change one part and wait to see if it will last for a year that why they can say if they have to change another part that it was in another year. Offerwire = Awful Liars This company signs you up for service with Comcast. It sells you a cable modem and a wireless router and offers you a rebate if you send them several items of information, proofs of purchase, and documentation, including a copy of 2 months of your Comcast bill. Even if you pay Comcast for two months and send Offerwire a copy of the bill, it claims it cannot "Honor" the rebate because it does not have a copy of the bill. I bought a NEW 2010 Chevy Malibu in September (2009). Here we are, January 15, 2010 and my car has been in the shop 4 times for a total of 21 days!! I used their software in computer that crashed about year and half ago and it has been disposed off. I purchased a new computer with new software and Norton product is not on the new computer which is a year old. I got my Coke reward item in reasonable time but it is the worst pair of headphones I have ever seen. The headband is so short that it can only cover one ear. The ear pads are so small even a childs' ear would not be covered comfortably. The battery compartment door does not fit well when the batteries are installed.
