This company sold me a one year maintenance agreement that I paid for in advance. It gave me two maintenance calls. They performed one and then refused to honor the second one that I had ALREADY paid for because 12 months had passed. When I asked the owner if she was ok with losing an established customer over a $60 maintenance fee she said she was fine with it and actually LAUGHED!! Power clock refuses to supply a new copy of the .exe file so I can reinstall unless I pay $150 to upgrade. They say they don't keep copies of their old versions. I do not believe them. I booked a rental car for one week in Italy at the end of September with a guaranteed rate. I picked up the car at the Rome airport and intended to return it there. However, the traffic was so bad I inquired in Chiusi if I could drop the car off there and take the train in to Rome. I was told by two different employees on two different occasions that there would be no penalty or drop-off fee. Imagine my surprise when I found my credit card was charged an additional $480, almost double the total cost. Hertz refused to budge.
